"Scientists and environmentalists are saying that the world is at a tipping point with climate change passing the point of being irreversible. If this is true, then are radical plans needed to start reversing its effects. One idea is for a worldwide approach as climate change has no country borders. Therefore, would you agree to contributing your local currency equivalent of 5 dollars a month to a worldwide fund. It is believed that such a fund run at a global level would be able to achieve the scale necessary to make a real difference. However, maybe you think there are other issues facing the world that you disagree with this approach. Alternatively, maybe you disagree with the concept of climate change.".
