Should there be stricter laws on safeguarding celebrities?

"Most celebrities love the advantages and popularity that being famous brings. Is it then up to them to make sure that they keep their private lives out of the public eye. Or, do you think that there should be stricter laws enforced to protect them so that unfortunate events that happen in their private lives are kept private, so that they do not get unnecessary bad attention. ".
