"There have been a number of countries who have completely destroyed all of their nuclear weapons and other counties have reduced the amount they have. Although the total amount has gone down from an estimated 70,300 in 1986 to 13,890 in 2019 (data from www.fas.org). However, 13,890 is still enough to cause catastrophic damage to the planet. Is this unacceptable and do you think that all nuclear weapons should be destroyed and a worldwide ban enforced. Alternatively, do countries have the right to keep them if they deem necessary.".
