"An e-scooter is a scooter with an electric motor. Last year there were 31 related deaths in London on e-scooters and whilst they are not yet legal on our roads, dozen of commuters have been captured zooming around London on them. E-scooters are on the brink of being made road legal Do you think they are a good idea and they should be made legal. Or, do you disagree and think they are dangerous and should not be on our roads.".
