"A study carried out by King's College, London found that people had a 9.7% higher risk of developing lung cancer if living within 50 meters of a busy road in London compared to those living on a quieter street. Results also showed that in London and Oxford, children between the ages of 11-15 years living close to main roads had a slower lung growth. Should statistics/information therefore be made available to home owners and those moving into an area of the air quality. Or, do you think it is up to the buyer to find out the statistics/information themselves.".
