The above question was asked to the It-Your-Vote community.
We provided additional information for the question which was:
"It has been revealed that knives are being sold to children online. A campaign funded by the Home Office and led by trading standards, where 13 year old volunteers tried to buy knives came out with shocking results. Out of 100 retailers, 41 sold knives to the underage customers. Should we therefore, make it illegal to buy any knives (excluding cutlery) over the internet and for all of us to buy them over the counter, in an attempt to stop underage selling taking place. Or, do you think that buying online is okay and it is up to the retailers to be stricter and have more safety checks when customers buy these items.".
