Do you think that dangerous dogs and owners should be made to attend compulsory training lessons?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"A dangerous dog is a dog who has either been involved in an antisocial incident or who is an attack or guard dog. The Animal Welfare Minister is proposing to put into place compulsory training lessons for dogs who have had violent incidents or owners who have an attack or guard dog. Do you think this is a good idea. Or, do you think that owners of these dogs should not be made to attend lessons.".
