Do you think the Government should lower the age of free childcare for children below 3 years?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"Almost 1 in 5 parents have had to leave their jobs because of the cost of childcare. This is despite the Government giving 30 hours free childcare for children from 3 years of age and a government scheme to ease the burden for those employed. But, there is nothing in place for newborns up to 3 years old. Should the age of free childcare therefore be lowered in order to give more support for families to work. Or, do you think this is not the responsibility of the government and they are currently doing enough on helping to fund childcare.".
