Do 'Extinction Rebellion' have the right to disrupt cities across the world to get their point across?

"On Monday 7th October, 'Extinction Rebellion' started a 2 week campaign targeting London and other cities worldwide. They believe that there is a climate and ecological emergency and asking people to occupy centres of power around the globe in an attempt to make Governments respond. However, with over 1,300 arrests and physical damage occurring has this group gone too far. Or, is the situation serious enough that drastic actions should be taken.".
