If a final vote goes before the house on whether or not we should leave the EU with a no deal Brexit, should all the Members of Parliament have a free vote?

"In the event of the UK government not being able to reach a deal with the EU and therefore the UK leaves the EU with a no deal Brexit. This question is based on that possible outcome.".
