Does your dustbin collector do a good job?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"In recent times the streets in Birmingham have had periods of time with overflowing bins because of disputes with the council. Have you ever had an issue with your bin collection. Or, have you ever had rubbish refused to be taken which you thought was unfair. Alternatively, do your bin collectors do a good job and are you happy with the service that you receive.".
