"Dementia is: A general term for symptoms related to decline of memory and reasoning that can result in a major impact on a person's life. As Dementia is such a wide spread issue affecting such a large number of people should the government be treating it with high priority and more resources/funding for research into preventing/reducing it in the future. This question relates to direct experience with a close family/friend.".

1. Don't know - I have no direct experience of dementia so do not have a view on this.
2. Yes - I believe enough is being done to help people with it and prevent it.
3. No - I think more should be done to help people and more money for research into preventing/reducing it from happening in the future..
