When you telephone your registered GP practice is the experience a good one?

"How is your experience when booking an appointment with your registered GP practice/heath centre.".

1. Long waiting times/multiple call backs (if phone lines busy) but good customer service when answered

2. I have never called my GP - so no opinion on this
