The concept of kill orders have been well documented against members of terrorist organisations (i.e. ISIS and Al-qaeda). If a country believes that they have evidence to directly link a foreign military person to attacks on their people, is it then acceptable to issue a kill order. Does a country have the right to protect itself in this way or is this unacceptable and other non-lethal methods (i.e trade sanctions / united nation intervention) should be used.
