It has been reported in the press that universities are opening up their doors and will be letting more students on courses this year who have not met the grades, some as low as 'CCD' grades! They are doing this to become more diverse and students have to prove that they have been at a less advantage than others whilst growing up. Is this right or should universities standards remain high in order to achieve high achieving pupils.
