Immigrants that were born in an EU country can exchange their country licence for a British one and don't need to take a driving test. Is this right and fair?




The quesiton is focused on driving in the UK for an extended period of time without taking a UK driving test. UK nationals have to take a test. Non-EU residents must take a driving test after 1 year driving in this country. Is this rule for people from the EU a good one.
