"The cost can be high for implementing better methods of reducing the environmental effect. This is naturally more difficult for poorer countries. Should the richer countries be contributing money to help these countries reduce their effect on the environment, as we all live on the same planet and have a shared responsibility. Alternatively, you might disagree and think that each country should only be responsible for themselves.".
