"Is it okay that potentially dangerous fireworks are continued to be sold to the general public despite numerous accidents that occur on a yearly basis. Should the handling of fireworks be left in the hands of people trained to use them safely and the general public be forced to go to an organised event. Or, is it ok that the public continue to be allowed to buy fireworks for their own private displays and that there is enough information available on how to handle them safely.".
