"When the law was passed that the UK could not leave the EU with a 'No Deal Brexit' (known as the Benn Act) it was classed by Boris Johnson as taking away one of the UK's key negotiating strength for Brexit. Therefore, Boris has since referred to it as the 'Surrender Act'. Do you think he is justified to refer to it in this way or is it unacceptable for Boris to use this type of reference for the Benn Act.".
