"Should Mount Everest be protected as an ecological wonder and made off limits to climbers?"

"Mount Everest is the world's highest mountain, but increasing numbers of climbers are impacting it. In 2015 the President of the Nepal Mountaineering Association said that as much as "26,500 pounds of human excrement" had been left on the mountain (source: www.wikipedia.org). Or it is wrong to stop people climbing such a great mountain and the real issue is how we safeguard the mountain while still allowing people to climb it. ".
