Should people that have been vaccinated be allowed more freedom than those who have not?

"With the COVID vaccine programs now rolling out across the world, is it right to give those who HAVE been vaccinated more freedom. However, as there is currently no firm evidence on how much a vaccinated person can still spread the virus, should they live under the same rules as they could still potentially give the virus to non-vaccinated people. ".
