Do you think people should be forced to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days on arriving back into the country?

"With coronavirus variants now appearing in different parts of the globe and as a good practice to prevent the virus spreading between countries, do you think a 10 day forced quarantine is the right answer. Maybe, you think the 10 day quarantine is good, but it should be done at home. Alternatively, do you think a COVID test is enough at the airport to provide the necessary protection.".
