Should doctors and nurses be exempt from unlawful killing charges that result from overwhelmed hospitals?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"A letter from health organisations to the government stating "doctors and nurses could be forced to choose which patients to treat, who would live and who would die". The fear is that the health service could be overwhelmed in the coming weeks and an unlawful killings charge could be directed towards medical staff that have had to make impossible decisions as a direct result of the coronavirus crisis. ".

1. No-any deaths should be investigated as normal

2. Yes-doctors/nurses should be exempt from any charges
