Do you think that the police are going too far with COVID fines?

"Recently there has been a news report of people getting fined whilst going for a walk. Whilst this is just a single example there have been other news reports with similar stories of people being fined while they try to get some daily exercise. Do you think the police are going too far in fining some people or is the COVID situation so severe that it is right that they act firmly and decisively to ensure we control the virus as much as possible. ".
