Would you take the COVID-19 vaccine if it was offered to you?

"COVID-19 vaccine programs are now rolling-out in many countries across the globe. When it is your turn to receive the vaccine are you going to take it or say no. Maybe you are worried about the potential long-term effects and want to hold back and wait before deciding. Alternatively, maybe you don't trust the vaccine or have personal reasons/beliefs that might make you want to say no.".
