Should the navy be sending migrants back to France?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"The Home secretary plans to tackle the increasing number of migrants crossing the Channel by using the navy to turn back boats and return them to France. It has been questioned as to whether this would be legally or morally correct as most of the people are travelling using small and potentially unsafe boats. Alternatively, do you think that this type of action is exactly what is needed to prevent further increases in migrants entering the UK.".

The available answers for this questions were:

1. No-it would be wrong to send migrants back in this method

2. Yes-the navy should be sending migrants back
