"With face masks now mandatory in many countries the responsibility for enforcing them in shops is often unclear. Many shops have said that they will not enforce the wearing of masks as they believe it is not their responsibility. Do you agree with this view and think it should be left to police. Alternatively, should shops step up and make sure their shoppers are following the rules.".
