Do you think that teachers deserve their 3.1% pay rise?

"Do you think that their pay rise is well deserved considering teachers have transitioned to online learning for children at home and also supported key-worker children who have still been going to school. Alternatively, do you think that most of the teaching has been done by parents during the coronavirus crisis and many schools have only minimal key-worker children or teaching assistants supporting key worker children in many cases. Therefore, they do not deserve the increase.".
