"Since the coronavirus crisis there has been a dramatic drop in people being able to have a face-to-face appointment with a doctor. Some doctors think that this is a good thing as it forces patients to provide more information over the telephone and via a smart device. Other doctors think that this is a bad thing as face-to-face visits are important for both physical and mental well-being. So should we embrace technology and continue with the reduced face-to-face contact or should we return to the old methods as quickly as possible. ".
