Do you think the new automatic opt-in organ donation scheme is a good thing?

"Since the 20th of May everyone is now automatically eligible for organ donation in the event of their death. Is this a good thing because most people want to donate but never get around to registering which means valuable opportunities to save other people's lives are missed. Alternatively, is this such a personal subject that we should never be automatically included as a donor (therefore forcing us to register to opt-out). ".
