Do you think a 14-day quarantine should be imposed on all arrivals from abroad?

"Various countries are considering or have already implemented a 14-day quarantine for people arriving from abroad. It is believed that this will help stop any new infections from being introduced and therefore help in the fight against the spread of coronavirus. However, airline industries and some scientists suggest that such a move is too late if the virus is already widely present in a country. Do you think that it is a good idea to quarantine people or do you think it is too late if the virus is already widely spread and the negative effect on the airline industry is too great.".
