"It has been claimed that a big food retailer has told its staff they will need to repay any time they take off due to self isolating for the Coronavirus. This has caused some staff to say they would return to work earlier because of fear of losing money, even though this could put other people at risk and goes against government guidelines on correct isolation time. Do you think this is fair, or alternatively, do businesses have a right to protect themselves as it is not their responsibility to fund people having time off for this.".
