"It has been estimated that up to 80% of NHS workers currently self isolating don't have coronavirus. Unfortunately, there is not enough testing kits available to return them all to work. Do you think that the government is responsible for not reacting quick enough to get the kits ordered and the necessary materials made available. Alternatively, is it unfair to lay the blame on the government considering the unprecedented nature of this emergency.".
