Do you think that it is okay for airlines to enforce extra security checks on muslim men?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"It has been suggested that most terrorist attacks are carried out by muslim single men. Therefore, is it appropriate that they receive extra security focus when boarding an airplane. This would allow other types of people such as families to receive less focus and pass through security quicker. Or, is this the worst form of discrimination and there should never be different checks in this way.".
