To reduce plastic water bottle usage should all hotels provide filtered water taps to their guests?

We provided additional information for the question which was:

"In various parts of the world, tap water is not safe to drink when people are visiting from a foreign country. Currently, it is common for bottled water to be given to guests so they have something safe to drink. Considering the importance of plastic pollution, should all hotels be required to provide easily accessible filtered water taps and complimentary (with a small rental fee) reusable drinking cups. Therefore, single-use plastic water bottles would no longer be needed. Or, is it unreasonable to put this burden on hotels.".
