"Should more radical steps be taken to reduce single use plastics and are we now at a point where only a total ban of plastic bags can really make a difference in the fight to reduce our plastic consumption. Some shops are completely banning the use of plastic bags, but is it enough for individual shops to take a stand on this, or should the Government step in and enforce a total ban. Or, is this not the right way to go about reducing plastics as if used correctly they can be reused and fulfil an important purpose.".
