Do you think it is misleading to sell turkeys as 'fresh' if they have been killed last month and stored in sub zero temperatures?

"Big named supermarkets are selling turkeys as 'fresh' when they have been stored in sub-zero warehouses since last month. Do you think this acceptable. Or, do you think the supermarkets are misleading the public as these 'fresh' turkeys can carry a much high price.".
