"Should MP's and Lords be paying the full price for food and drink when they eat at Parliament and the House of Lords. In 2018 the tax payer had to subsidise the restaurant facilities in excess of £750,000. Do MP's and the Lords have the right to be subsidised by the tax payer or should they be expected to pay full price for the food and drink that they consume. ".
