"Should HS2 (which means a new high-speed railway from London to Birmingham and to Manchester and Leeds) be scrapped and the planned train line route turned into a new motorway to ease and speed up journey times. This would help many motorists and ease congestion . Or should the HS2 project continue as planned because a rail link would be hugely beneficial for the country. Alternatively, should it be cancelled completely.".
