Do you think it is reasonable that in some surgeries you have to wait from 2 - 6 weeks to see your own Doctor (and not have to accept an alternative that doesn't know your medical history)?

"With waiting lists rising to visit your local GP, warnings have been issued that this is the collapse of the NHS. In the last 50 years, family Doctor numbers have declined even though the population is rising. Are they creating this issue themselves or is this due to finances and the lack of desire for this profession. ".
