Should all the countries in the world be responsible for the Amazon Rain forest and contribute to putting out the fires?

"The Amazon currently has fires, raging out of control. Loggers and farmers have started some of the fires to clear the land. Should we be doing more to help, or should we leave it up to Brazil to address.".
